Your use of this Site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept those changes.

2. Eligibility

This Site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may only use this Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Merchandise

  • Products sold through the AB8 merchandise store on this Site (including hats, apparel, and other branded items) may be produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand and fulfillment partners. Product images are representative; slight variations in color, print placement, or material may occur.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without notice prior to an order being placed.
  • Some MSU-licensed Anthony Bell Jr. merchandise is sold through a separate storefront on NIL Store (nil.store), operated by a third party. Purchases made on NIL Store are governed by NIL Store’s own terms, shipping, and return policies, not these Terms. We encourage you to review those policies before purchasing through that storefront.

4. Orders, Payment, and Pricing

  • By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of a product. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.
  • Sales tax, where applicable, will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and shipped through our fulfillment partner(s). Estimated processing and delivery timeframes are provided at checkout or on our Shipping Policy page but are not guaranteed, as delivery is ultimately controlled by the shipping carrier.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier once a package has left our facility, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving carrier issues.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Because many items are made to order, not all products are eligible for return or exchange. Custom, personalized, final sale, and limited-release items are generally non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out through our contact page within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the Anthony Bell Jr. name, logo, likeness, photographs, graphics, text, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Anthony Bell Jr. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
